🚚 How long does delivery take?


We deliver anywhere in Lebanon within 3 – 5 business days after your order is confirmed.

💸 Can I pay in LBP or USD?

Yes. We accept cash on delivery in either currency. The courier will use the daily market rate to convert USD prices to LBP if you prefer to pay in Lebanese pounds.

🔄 Can I return or exchange an item?


Absolutely. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Email us at info@getcartona.com to arrange a pickup.
